Originally from Perm in Russia, Gnoomes who, with their first album Ngan, alerted and jostled the little British psyche world. Signed on the awesome label Rocket Recordings, the trio has quickly established itself as one of the most exciting and interesting bands of recent times. Gnoomes have unwittingly set themselves up as the yin to the yang of this other great Rocket collective that is Gnod.
With their new album, Tschak !, they are pushing their music to another level. Much more fluid than Ngan, the music seems conceptual and, even if there are voices, it’s especially the instrumental ones that lead us.
